An exploration into the direct experience of Truth
as manifested through the practice of Movements.What is this energy in me which motivates each movement that I make? What is the energy that animates the body? Who is this "I" who experiences this energy, this physical sensation of movement within the body? Who am "I"? How can I relax more and more as I execute each position? How can I bring more presence to my sense of being, in each moment?
During the Workshop we will investigate these themes experientially, aiming for a direct experience of truth....dancing....
