The Workshops
The experience that one has in a group is intense and allows the Movements to
reach deeper layers of ourselves.
The groups are open to everybody: both beginners and experienced dancers are
welcome.

A typical day, in a workshop
During the course of a workshop of at least two-three days, I try to give at least one dance in its complete form, so that the participants may practically keep working on it. Although this is not the end purpose of the Movements, which is rather that of becoming more and more present, beyond the contents of the experience, I do like to encourage and help the continued personal application to this extraordinary technique of meditation.
I try to teach the Movements in silence, to encourage a direct and non-verbal
connection with them, without the mind interferences. In the times
in between dances, I do speak a few indications, which are rather intended to
remind the participants of what they already know and observe, and to confirm
positively the experience they are finding, maybe for the first time.
